We are an independent small family run business. Our founder is a highly experienced award winning head chef having worked in hospitality and events catering for the last 25 years. What’s Our Food Like?

 

We specialise in Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Posh Toasties and Premier Paninis, prepared on site in our converted 1960s Horse Trailer, but that’s not all we offer! We have a wide range of different menu’s to suit any event. All our produce is at a very high standard, and our food is always freshly cooked from locally sourced ingredients where possible.

 

Why Did We Start Up Our Business?

 

Our founder wanted to be his own boss! Having run restaurant, hotel and casino kitchens for years he decided to take the plunge into launching his own outside catering business to include the demanding world of short order cooking for festivals and events from a converted horse box! Enlisting the help of his accountant wife as financial director and brother in law as creative director, he knew it would be a family business legacy for his Daughters, Niece and Nephews.

Giovanni (Gio) is originally from Sicily and has won awards for his very authentic pizza. Once you try one you will never go back to a shop bought pizza... sorry about that !

 

We have a beautiful, eye catching trailer converted from a horse box. This is very suitable as Gio is also a talented horse whisperer after being brought up with horses in the mountainous regions of Italy.
