Cherilyn Leeson is a designer dress maker specialising in occasion wear, specifically Mother of the Bride Dresses and Bridal Alterations.

 

Cherilyn’s designs are mostly inspired from the most timeless decades of fashion. The Golden Age of Hollywood! A passion of watching films from this era as a little girl led her into working within the costume departments of TV, film and theatre later in life; but most importantly still inspire her today to create her own modern take of these styles.

 

As every item is handmade here in the UK within Cherilyn’s work studios, the service of creating your own bespoke version of one of her designs is possible. The bespoke service allows you to take these timeless designs and make your dress as individual as you are.

Anne (herself a solicitor) recognised the need for stylish, smart, comfortable suits and shirts for the numbers of women increasingly populating the business world at a senior level. She soon built a reputation and loyal following.

In 2000 she diversified into high fashion recognising that the majority of women want chic, unfussy well tailored outfits. She searches unstintingly until she finds labels that flatter and enhance a woman’s natural attributes. She and her team have one aim - to make every customer feel confident and beautiful.
