We pride ourselves in creating an amazing experience from our Boutique-style decor and bespoke class design. Mantra Strength
TMantra Strength is a workout that is tailored to each individual. We will work through a program of weight lifting techniques that will improve your strength, increase your bone density and reduce risk of injury. Completing this workout will boost your energy levels and help raise your metabolism.
No previous experience in weight lifting is necessary.
Bungee Fit
Bungee Fit is a high-cardio, core-strengthening and low-impact fitness program. Our quality bungee classes are stimulating workouts rooted in choreography, laughter and fun. Participants can expect to feel supported as they soar to new heights!
Stretch and Mobility
Our Stretch & Mobility classes are the perfect combination of strength, flexibility and stability, bridging the gap between fitness and yoga. Using a variety of band strengths, we will work on every muscle in your body! This is suited to all abilities and goals. If you want to improve your posture, reduce the risk of injury, strengthen your muscles ... Or even to relax, this class is just for you!
Punch Bag Workout
Our Punch Bag Workout is a total body workout engaging the chest, shoulders, legs and core. Each member will have their own punch and gloves bag set-up within your own training zone (feel free to bring in your own gloves if you required!).
This is suited to all abilities whether you have boxed before or if you're a complete beginner - All abilities welcome!
Group Personal Training
If you’re looking for a high intensity workout that will help tone your body and shed fat, this is a great class to attend.
GPT is a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different exercise stations (in your own area) performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.

Bounce
Mantra Bounce is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline. Jumps can be fast or slow and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping. Bounce can help work the muscles in the legs, increase your endurance, and strengthen your bone density ... Whilst having bags of FUN!
Aerial Silks Hammock
Aerial Silk Conditioning fuses stretching style exercises, pilates based core moves, fun aerial challenges, strength training, balance and posture work. This is for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout to stay fit or for those to use it as a great body conditioning in addition to your weight or cardio workouts.
Functional TRX
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the Suspension Trainer Bands; a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
Kick Boxing Fitness
Kick Boxing Fitness is an exercise class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals. Not only is it a great whole-body workout for cardio fitness, but it's also superb for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your co-ordination.
We will be using Pads, Mitts, Kickboxing combos with partners to get the most out of this class.

The Boogie Bounce Xtreme programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Bouncing around on a mini trampoline ‘ROCKS’. Everyone loves to bounce! Look what happens when you bounce a baby on your knee, they start to giggle and smile and end up laughing. We were born to bounce! Take that through the generations and you have one of the most amazing exercise programmes ever, which is suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes whilst actually having a fun time AND GETTING FIT!
NASA even agrees that bouncing is “the most efficient and effective exercise yet devised by man”. Studies by NASA scientists show that bouncing around on a mini trampoline is 68% more effective than jogging and yet requires less effort! You can also develop both upper and lower body strength just as effectively as weight lifting without the strain or threat of pulled or torn muscles.
Put simply – bouncing on a mini trampoline is unlike regular trampolining; the aim isn’t to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks, but to perform a series of small, controlled movements. Boogie Bounce is dancing with intervals of jumping, bouncing, frogging and stomping, to name but a few moves, performed to music and a set programme.
The mat of the mini trampoline is used as a resistance tool which makes the whole programme two to three times more effective than a normal everyday aerobics class. Anyone and everyone can do this at their own pace whilst gaining the the impressive health results that are normally associated with high impact aerobic classes, without even realising it!
Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles. The Fit Brummie Bootcamp is the brain child of John Hill who is a personal trainer based in Birmingham. John has been in the fitness industry since 2009 and has been working with people on a group fitness level since 2011. John is also affiliated with Inspiring Fitness who are a nationally recognised fitness brand.
