I am the founder and sole business owner of Shannon Davies Photography. I have been practicing photography for 10 years and in that time I have achieved two degrees…. BA Honours in Photography and Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical photography.

 

My photography skills specialise in Wedding, Event and Portraiture within the UK, with clients returning every year for another photographic shoot. I pride myself on being honest, reliable and realistic with my clients, which had led clients to trust me.

 

No question is 'stupid' and no photoshoot is 'too small'.

 

I understand that you want to capture special moments in your life, whether that be a birthday party, wedding, corporate event or family photoshoot. I try to accommodate most genres. I am honest and trustworthy and that is what my clients love about me! Simple fill out a session questionnaire so I can design the photoshoot to your wishes. 

 

West Midlands based but have roots in South Wales, so happy to travel for some sessions.

Hello. Welcome to my site. I’m Nick Labrum, a documentary wedding photographer living between Lichfield in Staffordshire and Marlow, Buckinghamshire. From here I can quickly be in London or on the motorway to any part ofEngland or anywhere in the UK for that matter, or heading to the airport for a far flung destination wedding somewhere in Europe or the world.

 

My goal is to capture and document your days special moments from beginning to end, no matter how big or small they might be. As a documentary style wedding photographer I pride myself on being able to merge into the background at a wedding to capture those moments when you least expect a photographer to be there. That’s the true art of being a documentary, or reportage, photographer. Luckily and happily I had a couple of truly brilliant mentors during my early career, Mike Gerrard & David McNeil, who still remain true inspirations for my work.

 

Being in Buckinghamshire, originating from the West Midlands, with family in North Wales, I’m used to travel and am also aware of some amazing wedding venues around each area, and beyond, from Cliveden House in Buckinghamshire, to Laines Barn in Oxfordshire or the beautiful Ruthin Castle in Denbighshire, near Cheshire. All of these venues are incredibly beautiful and charming in their own ways as, I am sure, is your chosen venue.

 

I aim to provide you with the best wedding photography possible, from our initial contact, whether it be via Skype, telephone call or email, to the relaxed and fun engagement shoot, right onto the wedding day itself. I pride myself on providing you with exactly what you would expect, and more, from your wedding photographer.
