On Cloud Nine Ltd was founded in 2019. In just 2 years, we started off in a small office providing online sales only. We then acquired a small shop which enabled us to expand into bridal wear and party hire. Then COVID-19 hit. We reopened summer 2020… then got flooded out on the same day. We took the plunge and moved premises again and made it into our perfect little boutique. We did not think after only 2 years we would have had to face the challenges we did, not to mention a global pandemic crisis! 

 

Despite the pandemic, we are continuing to learn new skills every single day to ensure our brides have the best experience possible. 

 

Others may look at our business as being a bit all over the place but we see it as your one-stop wedding shop! We also stock some gorgeous giftware for all occasions throughout the year. We’re a family run business supplying local and artisan cheeses on our hand-crafted carts, including handmade biscuits, chutneys, fruits and hors d’oeuvres.

Our carts have a built-in fridge to keep your cheese at the perfect temperature before use. We also have public and product liability for up to £2 million. We are NCASS members and we hold Safe Food Level 3 Hygiene.

As most businesses begin with a gap in a niche market...The Candy Kart and Sweet Parlour events are no different!

 

After planning my own wedding, with endless sleepless nights dreaming of the perfect special touches. I decided that I wanted something different, something unique to other weddings I had previously been to, something that would create a WOW factor and keep my guests talking.....So a Candy Buffet it was to be!

 

Disappointingly, even using the internet I couldn't find anything that met my expectations in my local area. I wanted that wow factor but couldn't find it as many companies offering services lacked any lustre, imagination nd attention to detail. Surely every bride wants that “special touch” on what is meant to be the most important day of her life?

 

So, that's where it all began.....we (my mother in-law and myself) designed our own Candy Cart and finishing touches. It created such as stir at my wedding, that many guests suggested we provide this for other events. Since then our passion has grew and has now extended to complete decor for events..we especially love all things vintage!!
