Hi, I’m Amanda and I run my personalised cake topper business from my home in Cheshire.

 

I have been making polymer clay handmade cake toppers for family and friends for many years and more recently items for sale at local fairs which have proved very popular.

Luxury Lavatories is a family run business with over 10 years experience providing high quality luxury toilet hire for private and corporate functions. We cover Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.

 

All our units come fully stocked with everything you need including paper towels, toilet tissue and hand soap. All we require is a flat surface and a 16 or 13 Amp power supply. If you don’t have a nearby power supply, we can also supply a generator.

 

Luxury Lavatories have full Public Liability Insurance and we can provide details of this on request.

• Our luxury homemade gelato.  We make our own gelato from local, natural produce including our dairy from a local, wind-powered farm that grow their own cattle feed.  We make your flavours up the same week as your event with such options as Madagascan Vanilla, Sea Salt Caramel, Natural Mint Choc Stracciatella (coloured with Chlorophyll-no nasties), Blackcurrant and Liquorice and Mascarpone with Pistachio and Arancia. To date, Gourley has exhibited in a number of group and solo shows  and was awarded 1st Prize in the Wirral Society of Arts Open exhibition in 2019 for his painting ‘82 - St John’s to Toxteth’. In 2022, he won first prize in the Belle View Arts Festival for his painting Lotus II and since has acquired gallery representation with the Soden Collection, Shrewsbury. 

 

Currently he is working from his Shropshire home studio and is taking on commissions.

The recent popularity of the fascinator owes much to the trend-setting British Royal Family. The Duchess of Cornwall chose a fascinator for her marriage to Prince Charles in 2005 and The Queen wore one at the wedding of her grandson, Peter Phillips and  we were delighted to design and create some fantastic creations for the Royal Wedding in 2018 – Harry and Meghan.
At formal events of all types it is no longer unusual to see fascinators taking over from the more traditional hat.
Our fascinators can be worn as headbands, combs or clips, all of which will add that special ‘finishing touch’ to any outfit.

We specialise in bespoke, hand-made fascinators, for all ages, occasions and to meet all budgets. Fascinators range from £15.99 upwards to purchase and £20.00 to £40.00 to hire.

A wedding ceremony is usually conducted after a couple legally marry. There are a number of reasons why you might choose to marry and then have a wedding ceremony, the  primary reason being that it gives you the freedom to celebrate where, when and how you wish.

As an Independent Celebrant I am able to ensure each ceremony is unique to you. A Wedding Ceremony can be held in a location of your choice, at a time to suit you and there are no limits to the number of people who can be present.

Your choice of music, poetry and readings can be woven into the ceremony.

Symbolic actions such as exchanging rings, lighting candles, a sand ceremony, releasing balloons, butterflies or doves, or creating unique items to cherish are just a few ideas that can be included.

The ceremony can also contain religious elements if you choose.

Fees

The fee for a wedding ceremony is £600.

This includes:

• An initial meeting
• A visit to the venue
• A planning meeting 
• Creating a bespoke script for the ceremony

• A certificate to commemorate the event.

Additional Costs

If you would like to hold a full rehearsal at your venue beforehand there is and additional charge of £120.

A deposit of £120 is required to secure your date.

The balance must be paid four weeks before the ceremony.

My name is Toria and Toria's Trinkets was born as a result of me getting meningitis back in July 2014.  Prior to me falling ill I was a busy working woman who rushed from one thing to another, be it work or play.  Since the meningitis I have had a huge change to my life and have found it difficult to 'do nothing' and recuperate.  Even in hospital I would be busy stitching either my tapestry or designing and stitching cross stitch pieces.  As a result of being mainly housebound I have been perusing the multitude of television channels that we have on offer and happened upon the Jewellery Maker channel and one of their Designer Inspiration shows, well it is safe to say i was hooked in seconds.  I ordered my first kit and it has grown from there.

We can also provide white or ivory circular cloths to fit round tables from 3ft to 6ft in diameter.

I have always had a passion for baking and my love of cake decorating started when I made my son's first birthday cake. I was soon creating cakes for friends and family who encouraged me to start my own business and here I am!

 

I registered as a home based business in 2015 and since then have consistently received a 5* rating from Environmental Health. I have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and am fully insured. I have entered international competitions and I am a member of the British Sugar Craft Guild.

 

My style ranges from modern, contemporary and elegant wedding cakes to cute children's cakes to simple baked goods full of flavour. I love to create cakes with a beautifully smooth iced finish and to catch the eye with contrasting colours and lots of textures. It's really important to me that anything I bake tastes as good as it looks. I also have a passion for making pretty sugar flowers.

 

I only take on limited wedding cake orders so I can keep up my exacting standards and put all my attention into making a centrepiece for your special day.

Wedding Creche

 

We can cater for up to 30 children aged 0-9, any older children tend to want to join in the main event but are welcome to dip in and out of “the playing” as they wish.  

Your nannies will supply age appropriate toys, games and equipment to keep the children occupied throughout the day/night and will set up all their toys using whatever space is available, be it outdoors, a side room or even a separate building. 

 

Time is no issue, bookings vary from 2 hours to 19 so please don’t be afraid to ask, overnight stay is also an option. 

 

Key times where you may find us most beneficial may be during the ceremony, speeches, meal time, and bed time.

 

Wedding 1 on 1

 

This service is aimed at brides or bridesmaids with younger children. A dedicated nanny can provide childcare with activities for an individual family or small group of children.  It can be hard to keep an eye on small flower girls or pageboys while the bride is getting ready, so we can be on hand to get them dressed and keep the clean until the big moment!  

 

Your nanny can be by their side in the ceremony and make sure they aren’t getting into mischief and follow this care through the day and on into the evening.  

Once again, time is no issue and bookings can be anything from 2 hours to 19 – overnight care available. 

 

If booking a 1-on-1 service, you may want to consider our “getting to know you” package in the lead up to the event.  

 

This can consist of any number of sessions where your children can meet the nanny responsible for them. The meetings can be in form of a play date in the day or babysitting in the evening.  Parents are welcome to be present for the entire session or only part of it, and as your confidence grows in your nanny you may then feel you want to leave for the whole time.  

 

The "getting to know you" package is offered at a discounted rate and is really beneficial if you have children with additional needs or a child who has not been left before.

Weddings

Bromwich Park Farm is a unique, rustic space for your individual wedding celebration or special event and can be as formal or informal as you like.  The place will be yours to create your perfect party – decorate it in your style, choose your own catering and play your own music.

We run a very reasonably priced bar throughout the event but we also allow you to supply a limited amount of wine and fizz for the meal and toasts for a small corkage fee.

The Cow Barn is a large open space, a blank canvas which can be decorated however you like, much like a marquee.  Perfect for a reception with live bands and dancing . It is a good size for 50 – 250 guests .

The Milking Parlour is a cosy, bohemian party room, lounge and bar retaining original milking features where you can dance into the night, up until 3am if you wish !

Between The Cow Barn and The Milking Parlour is the paved Courtyard Garden, with climbing ivy and vines and raised beds created from recycled railway sleepers. It features two pergolas and lots of outdoor furniture.  This space is perfect for champagne receptions, ceremonies or performances.

The Granary Cottage at the heart of the farm makes the ideal luxurious nest for the happy couple to escape to throughout the celebrations.

We now have a full wedding license so you can have your official marriage ceremony here on the farm with a local Registrar in our new Stable Ceremony Room or The Cow Barn and also in the open air [weather permitting] on Promise Knoll, a moated ancient scheduled monument in front of the farm, or under the Pergola in the Courtyard.

You can also create your own wedding ceremony and we have a list of local Celebrants who can help you with this.

Alternatively there are registry offices in nearby Oswestry and Shrewsbury and a beautiful small church in Maesbury where you can have your legal ceremony and you can then come to celebrate with us on the farm.

We have a Camping Field in front of the house for guests who like to sleep under canvas or in camper vans, with a campfire and barbecue area. Camping guests can also make use of a camping kitchen and shower in an old stable block. If glamping is more your style, we also have 3 simple caravans in our Orchard and you can also arrange for fully furnished bell tents to be set up ready for you.

There are also plenty of hotels and B&B’s for guests in the surrounding area.

We only host a dozen wedding parties each year at Bromwich Park, between late May and Late September.

The venue will be yours for the whole weekend . You have all day Friday to set up and all day Sunday to clear up, so you can enjoy the whole process with family and friends and you won’t feel rushed. You can even add extra days if you don’t want the celebrations to end !

If you’re looking to organise a truly unique and memorable Bridal Shower, then our fabulously fun
baking/cooking and dining experiences are the perfect way to celebrate.

The Dough House, with its chandeliers and floral roof, makes a beautiful setting for the bride and her
guests to get creative and make some delicious food while sipping fizz. The guests will then sit down
together to enjoy the sumptuous food that they’ve created and celebrate the bride’s forthcoming
wedding.

The Dough House offers a range of baking/cooking and dining experiences from a traditional afternoon tea to
ravioli making or a meze feast. Our events are available during the day or in the afternoon/ evening
and are suitable for groups of 6-24 participants.

We tailor our experiences to your needs and budget.

“ I love to cook and for my hen do, my wonderful friends arranged for us to spend a morning with Fulden making ravioli. We arrived and Fulden had decorated the kitchen and dining area with lots of wonderful hen do decorations and got us all sashes and a crown for me. It was such a wonderful touch! We were all a little hungover and behaving like silly school children but Fulden took it all in her stride and laughed along with us as we made our ravioli. I haven't laughed so much in a long time! As I said, she embraced the whole silly hen do attitude and joined it seamlessly with the educational part of the morning. We made incredible pasta and although we struggled with the shapes and in the end went off-piste and made our own shapes, ended up with a phenomenal meal, which being slightly hungover was very much needed and appreciated. I don't like coconut desserts but the mousse we made with Fulden was so yummy! The meal was presented fantastically and she even got us some prosecco to celebrate! Although our favorite drink was 100% the homemade lemonade! After we left she sent us recipe cards with everything we had made and more, and even included the recipe for her lemonade! I have so far made 4 or 5 variations of the ravioli and it is a firm family favorite already! Thank you so much for an incredible day Fulden, and I will definitely be back!

Located on the high street in Bidford On Avon in South Warwickshire, Annabel Sarah Bridal is a modern, romantic & purpose built bridal shop with views of the river Avon.

After renovating a derelict hardware store, myself & my husband Tom, transformed a run down old unit into a beautiful bridal boutique during lockdown 2021 and proudly opened the doors to Annabel Sarah Bridal in May 2021 after already working as a bridal stylist for 4 years previously. 

I designed the layout of the boutique with our dreamy designer dresses in mind. We have an extra large fitting room allowing plenty of space for all the dresses brides wish to try on. 

I chose to set up my boutique in Bidford On Avon because I live in the village which allows me to offer brides appointments, whenever they wish (yes I really do love my job that much!) and it is so close to the Cotswolds, Stratford Upon Avon and easy to access from major roads. We have had brides say yes to their dress from north Wales, Bristol, Essex and as far as the south coast!

The boutique has one fitting room and open by appointment only to give our brides personal & private use of the whole boutique! Along with having your own experienced, personal bridal stylist to give you non pushy, friendly & informative advice when you wish. 

Working as a bridal stylist for years before & seeing hundreds of dresses, I wanted designers that really gave my brides the best quality for their money as well as cutting edge designs that aren't run of the mil. 

All of our bridal gowns are handmade in Barcelona & designed by top bridal designers.

The Flower Barn is a beautifully converted stable block on our flower farm in the heart of Worcestershire. Comfortably accommodating twenty one guests within nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms with open plan living.

A warm welcome awaits you at The Grange, our beautiful bed & breakfast (B&B) in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside.

 

The Grange is the ideal base for fun-filled family holidays, relaxing breaks or romantic getaways. While the rural surroundings are peaceful and secluded, we’re right on the doorstep of the Midlands’ many attractions, including country and theme parks, historic estates and castles, charming market towns and industrial heritage museums.

 

Set on our family farm, our lovingly-converted 17th century barn offers traditional farmhouse food and hospitality with the luxury of en-suite rooms and modern facilities.

 

We have accommodation for seven people in two double rooms and one family room. We can also provide delicious home-cooked dinners by prior arrangement.

Grange Wood Glamping 

 

A ’pop-up’ glamping site was developed in 2015 and a local business held ‘hen camps’ in bell tents during the summer months. This was very successful but the increasing demand for larger groups meant that a bigger site was required.  The local business moved to a much larger site several miles away and were able to continue with their growth. This left Mary & Mick with their “bijou” site and in 2021 the idea of ‘Grangewood Glamping’ was sown. A small off grid ‘pop-up’ glamping site for couples or alternatively a limited availability for groups of family or friends, with sole use of the site and no minimum but a maximum occupancy of up to 14 people under canvas. With additional accommodation for 6/7 in the B&B rooms for those whom ‘off-grid glamping’ is really not their thing. A perfect private space making it possible for friends and all the family to gather and meet up in one place.

 

Only available the first weekend in May until the last weekend in August.

 

Within the grounds and garden of ‘The Grange’. Just walk through the living willow arch and you will find ‘Grange Wood’, 3 acres of woodland with leafy pathways leading to secluded clearings where, out of view and secreted away is our off-grid mini ‘pop-up’ glamping site.

 

We offer completely exclusive use for your group. An extra special Glamping Break where all the facilities are just for you.

 

We are on hand should you need anything!

 

Nestled in a hidden glade you can escape a while in this magical peaceful place.

 

You have the whole of the woodland to yourselves.

Lower Hill Farm is a family business nestling amongst the woods at the foot of Wenlock Edge. The farm covers 230 acres of the beautiful and unspoilt county of Shropshire.

 

We offer pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents.

 

Or there is opportunity to stay in one of our fully equipped Roundhouses (sleeps 4) or Buzzard pod (sleeps 2). The Shepherd’s hut (sleeps 3) is suitable for that “basic get away from it all” with glorious views of the Wrekin.

 

For the lovers of the outdoors, The Bulrush has a fire pit, picnic bench and small gas BBQ which enables you to enjoy being by the poolside, morning, noon and night

 

For that special occasion our Safari tent and Wrekin lodge, both with wood fired hot tubs, sleeps 4-7.

 

Our Shacks all sleep 4 people (double and bunk beds) and have the option of individual wood fired hot tubs.

 

An onsite Honesty shop stocks essentials for your holiday. Plus, a recent addition is the wood fired pizza oven set in its own hut. Complementary Wi-Fi is available in all glamping units and camping pitches.

 

Our COVID-19 secure measures continue, hence bookings can refunded or moved to an alternative date in the event of COVID-19 restrictions or isolating requirements (at our discretion).

 

Located just ten minutes drive from the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge Gorge and twenty minutes drive from historic Shrewsbury, Lower Hill Campsite is an ideal location from which to explore Shropshire.

Getting married and looking for that quiet rural setting and just a few miles from the beautiful Malvern Hills and the historic town of Worcester, then look no further you can come for a few days to unwind before the big day or maybe to spend your honeymoon together for a week or two. We also offer facilities for you to have your own Marquee put up in these delightful grounds.

 

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our Scandinavian-style pine lodge and appreciate the secluded setting, peaceful countryside and panoramic views of Upton-upon Severn , The Malverns and the Cotswolds.

 

The lodge provides excellent accommodation for 6 people, (there is also a sofa bed in the lounge), and has polished pine floors and well chosen furnishing in all rooms. There are ample parking facilities.

 

In addition to the spacious and attractive internal accommodation, the lodge has an outside roof covered terrace complete with Barbecue, table and chairs overlooking its own large safe garden.

 

The lodge is available for weekly bookings usually running from Saturday (afternoon arrival) to Saturday (morning departure).

The spacious living area has a comfortable three piece suite and sofa bed, television, DVD and stereo.

The large farmhouse table seats eight people and the beech fitted kitchen area is beautifully finished with electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

The traditional Evesham china was made in Worcester at the Porcelain Factory. You will find everything you need from wine glasses to a potato peeler.

There is a small entrance/utility room with a fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Master En-suite Bedroom

The spacious double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with washbasin, WC and Shower and heated towel rail. It has chest of drawers, double wardrobe and bedside tables.

Twin Bedroom

The twin bedroom has a triple wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bunk Bedroom

The twin-bunk bedroom has a chest of drawers and bedside table.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom is disabled friendly  has a wet floor shower, bath, WC and heated towel rail. All bed linen, towels heating and electricity are inclusive in the price so there are no hidden extras.

For Young Children

For children a cot and highchair are available but please bring your own cot linen.

Outside

The lodge has an outside roof covered terrace complete with a barbeque, table and chairs overlooking its own large safe garden garden to play in and with many country walks to enjoy both across the farm and within the surrounding area.
