I am a London and Midlands based professional harpist, with over ten years of experience, including events and music for the BBC, Derby Assembly Rooms and Derby Cathedral. Over the years, I’ve become professionally certified in musical performance, obtaining diplomas in ARSM performance and DipABSRM performance. 

I offer a wide range of music for your wedding or celebration; from an elegant, classical period repertoire, to a carefree feeling jazz and blues set, to the more contemporary pop, rock and alternative scenes that you enjoy today. Whether it’s for your special day or to add that unique touch to a private celebration, I am available to book for any event, and help make your day a memorable one.

Welcome to the Alexandria Ensemble, a string ensemble playing beautiful music to suit any occasion! 

 

A string quartet adds elegance to complement any function! The Alexandria String Trio or Duo is an excellent alternative to a string quartet where space is restricted or where budgets are more limited.

Everything from parties, banquets, civil and church wedding ceremonies and the reception, corporate launches and events, or indeed any special occasion, can be catered for.

Although we are based in the West Midlands, we have performed all over the UK, including London and the south east, the north of England, Ireland and Wales.

Over the years we have played at weddings, corporate events and banquets all over the UK. Our base is now Shropshire, and the west midlands (including Staffordshire, Telford, Cheshire - all parts! - Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Birmingham and its environs, north and mid-Wales) are our normal stamping ground. However we have strong links in London and the south-east and can often be found mooching around there playing concerts, performing at events, recording and playing at other gigs.
