I have always had a passion for baking and my love of cake decorating started when I made my son's first birthday cake. I was soon creating cakes for friends and family who encouraged me to start my own business and here I am!

 

I registered as a home based business in 2015 and since then have consistently received a 5* rating from Environmental Health. I have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and am fully insured. I have entered international competitions and I am a member of the British Sugar Craft Guild.

 

My style ranges from modern, contemporary and elegant wedding cakes to cute children's cakes to simple baked goods full of flavour. I love to create cakes with a beautifully smooth iced finish and to catch the eye with contrasting colours and lots of textures. It's really important to me that anything I bake tastes as good as it looks. I also have a passion for making pretty sugar flowers.

 

I only take on limited wedding cake orders so I can keep up my exacting standards and put all my attention into making a centrepiece for your special day.

 

Complementary consultations can be arranged to make sure I get every little detail right as well as cake tastings (cake samples can be posted).

A four tier cheese cake with a combination of crumbly yarg, 2 soft cheeses and a traditional stilton. 70-100 people.
